Yes, you can.

Send an email to our customer service at support@shipmondo.com with your request to have your balance paid. Send the request from the email address associated with your Shipmondo account, and we will make sure to transfer your balance back to you.

If you want the entire balance or just a specific amount to be paid out, please make a note of this in your inquiry, along with your registration and account number (IBAN and SWIFT number for international payments) to which the amount should be transferred.

Upon closing your account, you will receive the payment once the final settlement has been processed, and there are no outstanding on your Shipmondo account.
