This is how you can check if your setup in Shopify is correct.

If you're experiencing issues with delivery methods or pick-up points not being shown during checkout in your Shopify store, even though you've installed the Shipmondo app and made sure to set up your delivery methods, then you need check whether your setup in Shopify is correct.

How to check if your setup is correct

1. Make sure that Carrier Calculated Shipping is enabled on your Shopify store. Read more about Carrier Calculated Shipping here.

2. "Shipmondo" needs to be chosen as the rate provider in order for delivery methods to be shown in the checkout process. You can set this through the general shipping setup in Shopify.

Go to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Manage rates.

If "Shipmondo" hasn't already been chosen, add it by clicking on Add rate.

3. If you still can't see your delivery methods or pick-up points during checkout, even though you've installed the Shipmondo app and set up your delivery methods, then this could be due to the Carrier Calculated Shipping having been activated after the installation of the Shipmondo app.

Try deleting/uninstalling the app and installing it again. Any previously created delivery methods will reappear in your admin.
