Canceling a shipment

This is how you can cancel a shipment.

You can cancel a shipment yourself if it complies with the criteria described in our Terms and Conditions.

If the shipment is purchased through Shipmondo’s agreements, a refund will be issued upon cancellation, either to your bank account or through your Shipmondo balance.

How to cancel a shipment

1. Go to Shipments > Booked and find the shipment you'd like to cancel.

2. Click on the icon with three vertical dots under More, and then on Cancel shipment.

3. State the reason for your cancellation, thick the boxes underneath, and then click on the Cancel shipment-button.

4. Your shipment is now cancelled and a refund will be issued for your purchase.
