When cancelling a GLS Pick&Ship and Pick&Return shipment, it is essential that you contact GLS' customer service by phone and have them cancel the pickup.
It is required for you to have cancelled the pickup before the shipment itself can be cancelled.
If the shipment complies with the criteria described in our Terms and Conditions and you've cancelled the pickup, then you can send us the shipment ID and we'll help cancelling it for you.
The request for cancellation must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org from the e-mail address associated with your Shipmondo account.
Shipments created by using other GLS products, can be cancelled by following the instructions found on this link.
