For increased security, you can enable two-factor authentication on your Shipmondo account to add an extra layer of protection. This helps ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot gain access to your account or misuse it.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a third-party app that generates a six-digit code, which must be entered every time you log in to Shipmondo.
After entering your usual login credentials (email and password), a new window will appear asking you to enter the six-digit code.
This extra step helps ensure that only you can access your account.
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Download an "authenticator app" - for example, Google Authenticator or Authy.
Log in to your Shipmondo account, click on your company name in the upper right corner, and select Account settings.
Click on Two-factor authentication.
Scan the QR code using your authenticator app, then enter your account password and the code generated by the app. Click Enable.
Note! If your employees have individual accounts, each of them must have their own authenticator app to enable 2FA.
