You can set up two-factor authentication on your Shipmondo account to add an extra layer of security to protect your account and data.
When you have enabled two-factor authentication, you must enter a six-digit one-time password, which is generated on your authentication app on your device, after logging in with your personal password and email.
This extra security step helps ensure that only you can access your account.
Set up two-factor authentication
Click your company name in the upper right corner, and then click Security.
Open your authentication app (e.g. Authenticator or Authy) and scan the QR code on the screen to register your Shipmondo account in the app.
Confirm the activation of two-factor authentication with your personal password and the one-time password from the app, and then click Enable.
Note! Save your unique recovery codes. If you lose your device with your authenticator app, you can use these codes to log into your account instead.
