Please contact us through your Shipmondo account and provide the following information:
The amount you wish to have paid out
Your bank account details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) to which the amount should be transferred
Note! Upon closing your Shipmondo account, any payout of remaining funds will take place after the final settlement has been completed and there is no longer any outstanding on the account. Please note that upon closing the account, you will lose access to the account itself as well as all associated settings and historical data. We therefore recommend that you save any necessary documentation before the account is permanently closed.
