In order to be able to capture payments for your orders directly from Shipmondo, the API access must be added to your Shipmondo account.

To do so, the following information is needed:

  • Your payment gateway merchant number (also known as username or Gateway ID)

1. Find your merchant number

Log in to your OnPay account here. After logging in you can find the merchant number (Gateway ID) in the side menu, below the menu points.

2. Add your payment gateway to your Shipmondo account

Log in to your Shipmondo account by clicking here.

Go to Settings > Integration > Payment Gateway and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and choose "OnPay" under Provider

Specify your Merchant No. and click on Create.

A dialogue box will appear upon creation of payment gateway. Click on Activate.

You'll be sent to OnPay, where you'll be asked to sign in. If you're already signed in, the following screen will appear:

Click on Approve access.
Now you'll be sent back to Shipmondo and your payment gateway will be set up.

3. Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
