By using the build-in Warehouse functionality, you can also import product placement and product variations such as size and colour.
If you haven't already done it, you need to make sure that you give the right access to our web service, as described in step 2 in this guide.
How to activate the Warehouse functionality
1. Log into your thirty bees admin and go to Preferences > Products > Products Stock.
Set Products Stock as follows:
Enable stock management: Yes
Enable advanced stock management: Yes
New products use advanced stock management: Yes
2. Afterwards you have to create a warehouse to assign to your products.
Go to Stock > Warehouse and click on Add new warehouse.Fill out the required blanks and assign desired carriers to your warehouse.
Click on Save.
Now, go back to step 1 and set the new warehouse to be default for all new products, that you wish to include in your future product placement import (Default warehouse on new products).
3. If you've created some products beforehand, you need to go back and assign the new warehouse to them as well, so all the products on your website have the same setup. This is done for each product, under Warehouses.
Tick the box by Stored to mark variations that are located at a specific stock location. Fill out product placement under Location.
4. When the above is all done and your product is transferred to your Shipmondo account, then you can update your product placement under Order Management > Products.
Click on the Import/Update product data-button in the lower right corner.
Now, the placement of your products is updated and will be shown on your packing lists.
