Gain insights into your work with orders and items through Order Analytics. Here’s an overview of the analysis.

When you use Shipmondo Order Management, we provide you with a complete overview of incoming orders, dispatched orders, picked-up orders, and the number of items during the period you select.

Use this analysis to make data-driven decisions regarding your order handling, product procurement, sales strategies, pickup options, and much more.

Customize the Order Analytics to view the specific period you want to analyze. You can also choose a specific integration or view the analysis across all your order integrations.

Below, we outline the fields included in the analysis.

Orders displays the total number of orders imported into your Shipmondo account during the selected period via your order integration(s).

Orders sent shows the number of orders you dispatched during the selected period.

Orders picked up indicates the number of orders picked up locally at your location.

Items displays the total number of items included in your orders for the selected period. It also shows the average number of items per order for the given period.

Each field also indicates the percentage change compared to the previous period.

Orders, Dispatched Orders, and Picked-Up Orders also provide average values per day if the period spans more than one day. For a specific day, the analysis displays the average per hour.

Countries

The analysis includes an interactive view showing how your orders are distributed by country.

This view highlights the countries from which you receive orders, the number of orders originating from each country, and the percentage each country contributes to your total orders.

This insight allows you to evaluate your sales across different markets and identify the markets where demand is highest. This way, you can proactively adjust your strategies and business initiatives.

Most sold items

This section of the analysis shows your top-selling items. It includes the SKU, product name, and total quantity sold.

This provides valuable insight into what you sell the most, enabling you to monitor customer demand and ensure that your most popular items are always in stock. You can also strategically position bestsellers to reduce picking times on your warehouse floor.

Items per order

This chart shows the distribution of the number of items per order. This can help you understand current customer behavior, optimize your warehouse picking process, and actively work to increase the number of items per order.
