Read more about how to manage fulfillment errors.

The analysis calculates your fulfillment success rate, the number of fulfillments with errors, and the types of errors identified.

You can select a specific date or time period for the analysis, allowing you to assess your picking work on a daily level or over an extended period. Additionally, you can delve into data for a single employee or get an overview across all employees.

Success rate indicates the percentage of your fulfillments completed without errors. This serves as a reliable indicator of whether your performance aligns with the previous period. If no picking errors occurred during the selected period, the success rate will display 100%.

Fulfillments with errors shows the number of fulfillments containing errors. It also provides an average per day for the chosen period.

Items with fulfillment errors indicates the number of items picked incorrectly. It also calculates the average number of errors per order for the selected period.

Each metric also includes a percentage change compared to the previous period.

Resolutions displays the actions taken to manage fulfillments with errors. For instance, if an excess item was sent in a fulfillment, the options might include returning, keeping, destroying, or otherwise managing the item. If an item is missing from a fulfillment, options could include resending the item or issuing a refund.

Item distribution describes how fulfillment errors are distributed at the item level. It provides insights into whether specific items are frequently subject to errors. For example, frequent mistakes may indicate issues related to warehouse placement or the picking-and-packing process for a particular item. This enables you to proactively address and resolve these challenges.

Fulfillment distribution provides an overview of the employees who picked fulfillments and their performance. The analysis highlights each employee’s success rate, the number of fulfillments and items picked, and any picking errors. It also calculates total picking time, along with average time per pick path and per item.

This allows you to dive into workflows involving fulfillment errors and assess the performance of employees handling fulfillments. The data can be used to optimize your warehouse, develop your employees, and implement changes to prevent errors in future fulfillments.

Additionally, it can serve as a motivational tool, allowing you to track records and recognize strong performance among employees.
