You can navigate, search, and execute commands on Shipmondo with Shipmondo’s command palette. It can be run with a keyboard shortcut from anywhere on Shipmondo, saving you time and keeping your hands on the keyboard.
It provides access to all general functions on your Shipmondo account, as well as navigation in all the menus, including the menu items found under company information or user settings in the upper right corner.
How to access a command
The only thing you need to do to open the command palette is to press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K on your keyboard.
From here you can easily select which menu item you want to access or which command you want to activate and navigate to it using the arrow keys on your keyboard or your mouse.
Example 1
You want to top up your Shipmondo balance Normally you would click on company settings > Payment > Add funds.
With the command palette, you can open the payment window simply by:
typing “funds” in the search field
clicking the ↩︎ key (Enter)
Example 2
You want to access your orders. Normally you would click on Order Management > Orders.
With the command palette, you can easily access your order overview simply by:
typing “order” in the search field
pressing the ↓ key once
pressing the ↩︎ key (Enter)
