There are no limits on shipping volume in any of the plans, so focus on choosing the one that offers the features that bring the most value to your business.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your Shipmondo account. This gives you the flexibility to adjust as your needs change. Learn more about that here.
If you are an existing customer currently on a Shipmondo Pro trial, you need to decide which plan best suits your needs before May 9.
If no decision is made before May 9, the trial will NOT automatically continue as Pro.
Once the 30-day trial ends, the outcome will depend on your current setup:
If your Shipmondo account and setup are compatible with the Shipmondo Free plan, your account will automatically be downgraded to Free.
If your Shipmondo account is not compatible with the Free plan, your account will be temporarily locked, and you will be asked to adjust your setup accordingly.
Have you negotiated your own shipping agreements directly with the carriers? And how many?
If you’ve negotiated your own shipping agreements and want to manage all shipping in Shipmondo, you’ll need a paid subscription.
If you want to activate 1–2 carrier agreements, Shipmondo Essentials may suit your needs, depending on your other requirements.
If you have more than 2, you should choose Shipmondo Pro.
How many systems do you want to integrate?
You can set up integrations with your webshop, ERP, or accounting system to import shipping and order data making your shipping flow easy and error-free.
If you want to integrate 1–3 order systems, Shipmondo Essentials may meet your needs, depending on your other requirements. If you have more than 3, you should choose Shipmondo Pro.
If your workflow is better suited to integrating and booking shipments via our API, you can do so on all Shipmondo plans including Free.
Do you want to manage your orders in Shipmondo?
With the Shipmondo Free plan, you get access to the basic features of Shipmondo Order Management.
If you want to manage payments such as capturing payments on webshop orders, handling partial captures and discounts, and streamlining refunds for returns you’ll need a paid Shipmondo plan (Essentials or Pro).
To take your operations even further, Shipmondo Analytics is the perfect tool. It helps you optimize picking processes, reduce errors, evaluate warehouse performance, and analyze return patterns. Shipmondo Analytics is included in the Pro plan.
You can also automate the sending of invoices/credit notes, automate the completion of customs documents, and easily create export shipments with Shipmondo Essentials or Pro.
How to choose a plan
Once you’ve decided which plan suits your needs, log in to your Shipmondo account and navigate to Plan under Billing.
From there, you can select your preferred plan and choose your billing period.
Switching plans? Make sure your Shipmondo account is compatible with the new plan before your renewal date to ensure a smooth transition. Learn more about that here.
