When you create a Shipmondo account, you automatically start on Shipmondo Free. If you wish to change your subscription and get access to even more features, you can easily choose the plan you want and the billing period you want under Company Name > Payment > Billing.
It will also be here you make changes to your subscription.

Changing billing period
You can freely choose if your Shipmondo subscription should be paid on a monthly or a yearly basis.
Go to Billing under Company Name in the top right corner, click Billing period, and select either one.
The change will take effect at the next subscription renewal.
If you choose a yearly billing, you’ll get a 20% discount on both the subscription plan and the activation of your own shipping agreements.

Upgrade your subscription plan
Get access to even more features that can help you optimize your shipping management and workflow by upgrading your subscription plan.
Go to Billing under Company Name in the top right corner, click Plan, and select your desired plan.
The change will take effect immediately, so you can use your new features right away and for example add more shipping agreements and integrations.

Downgrading your subscription plan
If you wish to downgrade your subscription plan, then be aware that you will loose access to a number of features. See the full featurelist here.
Go to Billing under Company Name in the top right corner, click Plan, and select your desired plan.
The chance will take effect at the next renewal of your subscription. So until then you’ll keep all features on your current plan.
To downgrade you account have to be compatible with the required features for your plan by the next renewal.
It could be to remove one or more shipping agreements and/or integrations.
If your setup isn’t compatible by the renewal, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will loose access to the features.
How to make your Shipmondo account compatible with the downgrade
Depending on your current setup and what subscriptions you want, it can be required to remove shipping agreements, integrations, and possible staff accounts to make your account compatible with the chosen plan.
If any changes are needed, you can find it under Billing.
Remove shipping agreements
Go to Settings > Own agreements.
Click on the three dots of the agreements you want to remove and choose Delete.
Remove order integrations
Click on the three dots of the order integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.
Remove bookkeeping integrations
Click on the three dots of the bookkeeping integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.
Remove payment gateway integrations
Click on the three dots of the payment gateway integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.
Remove staff accounts and staff invitations
Click on the three dots of the staff member you want to remove and choose Delete.
