Shipmondo Essentials and Pro
If you have a paid subscription, Shipmondo Essentials or Pro, you can downgrade to Shipmondo Free.
That way you can keep your Shipmondo-account and will have continued access to features available for Shipmondo Free. Including freight booking on Shipmondos shipping agreements.
Because Shipmondo Free is a free plan, there will be no subscription payment.
You will keep your current plan until the next renewal date.
Make sure your Shipmondo account is compatible with the Shipmondo Free plan before the renewal date. Read more about that here.
Shipmondo Free
Shipmondo Free is a free plan that doesn’t require payment. The plan therefore can’t be cancelled.
If you wish to entirely delete your Shipmondo account, please reach out to our Customer Success team from your Shipmondo account.
