How to make your Shipmondo account compatible for downgrading

A downgrade may require you to make some changes to your current setup.

If you wish to downgrade your Shipmondo subscription, please be aware that it might be necessary to adjust your existing setup.

Depending on your current setup and what subscriptions you want, it can be required to remove shipping agreements, integrations, and possible staff accounts to make your account compatible with the chosen plan.

Once a setup has been deleted, the action cannot be undone. If you wish to recreate the setup, it must be completed again from scratch.

If any changes are needed, you can find it under Billing on your Shipmondo account.

Note: There may be other features you are currently using that you might lose access to after downgrading. This could include tools such as Shipmondo Print Client and Shipmondo Analytics. We recommend reviewing the full list of features.

Delete shipping agreements

Click on the three dots of the agreements you want to remove and choose Delete.

Delete order integrations

Click on the three dots of the order integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.

Delete bookkeeping integrations

Click on the three dots of the bookkeeping integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.

Delete payment gateway integrations

Click on the three dots of the payment gateway integrations you want to remove and choose Delete.

Delete Return Portals

It can be necessary to delete return portals with return management before you will be able to downgrade.

Click on the three dots of the staff member you want to remove and choose Delete.

You will always have access to Return Portal Basis. Read more about the differences between the two return portals.

Delete staff accounts and staff invitations

Click on the three dots of the staff member you want to remove and choose Delete.
