Shipping rules setup, delivery methods and the pick-up point selector in your Shopify checkout are expanded features in the Shipmondo app, which require that Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) is activated in your Shopify store.

Access to Shopify Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) depends on your payment plan at Shopify and there are different ways for obtaining it:

a) If you have the Advanced or Plus plan on Shopify, then this resource is already included in your Shopify plan and you don't have to do anything.

b) If you're on a Shopify plan, and are paying annually, you can get access to the carrier service for free.

c) If you're on a Shopify plan, with monthly subscription, then you can get access to the carrier service for $ 20 a month.

For b) and c), contact Shopify customer service, and they'll help activating the carrier service on your Shopify store.

If you're on a Starter or Basic payment plans on Shopify, you will still be able to use Shipmondo's plug'n'play integration (your orders from your Shopify store will be imported to Shipmondo). But you will not be able to offer a pick-up point selector in your checkout on your Shopify store, as Shopify, as of 1st January 2023, no longer offers access to Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API ) for these two payment plans.

N.B. If the Shopify Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) is activated after you've installed the Shipmondo app, then you should try deleting/uninstalling the app and installing it again.
