Showing delivery methods and a pickup point selector in the Shopify checkout via the Shipmondo app is an extended Shopify feature. It requires Shopify’s Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) to be enabled on your Shopify store.
Access depends on your Shopify plan:
Basic
Basic does not support Carrier Calculated Shipping. You can still use Shipmondo’s plug and play Shopify integration to transfer orders to Shipmondo, but you cannot display delivery methods or the pickup point selector in checkout.
Grow
If you are on the Grow plan, you can get access to Carrier Calculated Shipping in one of the following ways:
If you pay annually, Shopify can enable it at no additional cost.
If you pay monthly, it can be added by Shopify for USD 20 per month.
In both cases, you need to contact Shopify Support to have Carrier Calculated Shipping enabled.
Advanced and Plus
If you are on Advanced or Plus, Carrier Calculated Shipping is included in your plan, so you do not need to do anything.
Note! If Carrier Calculated Shipping is enabled after the Shipmondo app has already been installed, you must uninstall the app and install it again before the feature becomes available. Read more here.
