If you cannot see delivery methods or pickup points in your Shopify checkout, even though the Shipmondo app is installed and your delivery methods have been set up, you should check that your Shopify configuration is correct.
How to verify the setup
1. Check that Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) is enabled on your Shopify store. Read more in the guide here.
Note! If you still can’t see your delivery methods and pickup points in checkout, it may be because Carrier Calculated Shipping (CarrierService API) was enabled after the Shipmondo app was installed.
In that case, try uninstalling the Shipmondo app and installing it again.
2. Check that Shipmondo is set as the rate provider in Shopify.
To do this go to Settings > Shipping and delivery > General shipping rates > Shipping zones.
If Shipmondo is not already added, you can add it by clicking + Add rate.
3. Check that the delivery methods are set up as intended in the Shipmondo app
In Shopify, go to Apps > Shipmondo > Open app.
