How to install Delivery Checkout
Step 1: Install the plugin
Log in to your WordPress admin and select Plugins > Add New Plugin in the menu on the left.
Search for “shipmondo” in the top right corner. Select the one named “Shipmondo for WooCommerce”.
Click Install Now.
Once the plugin is installed, click Activate.
Note! To use this plugin, you must have the WooCommerce plugin installed and configured.
Step 2: Generate a Delivery Checkout key
Log in to your Shipmondo account. Go to Settings > Integration > Delivery Checkout Access.
Click Generate key and copy it.
Step 3: Integrate Shipmondo and WooCommerce
Go back to your WordPress admin and select WooCommerce > Shipmondo in the menu on the left.
Paste the key you just copied into the Shipping Module key field.
The fields Google Maps API key and Show Service Points in are connected. How to fill them out depends on how you want to display service points in your checkout.
Show service points in: Drop Down
If you choose to use the Dropdown menu (a simple list of service points), simply type "Shipmondo" in the Google Maps API key field and click Save changes.
Show service points in: Modal
If you choose Modal (a map for selecting service points in your webshop checkout), you must follow the instructions on this guide to create a free Google Maps API Key.
A Google Maps API key is required to display service points as a map in the checkout.
Once you have created your Google API Key, paste the key into the field and click Save changes.
Step 4: Create shipping zones
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Here, you can add the shipping zones (countries) you wish to ship to, as well as the delivery methods you want to offer your customers.
Note! The new plugin currently does not support service points in shipping zones containing more than one country or zones defined as regions (Europe, North America, etc.).
Click Add zone.
In this example, we use Denmark as the zone.
Next, you need to set up shipping methods. Read more about how to do this and see examples in our guide.
