The setup is available in Shopify under Apps > Shipmondo.
Note!
Only numbers with two decimals are allowed, both for price and weight.
The currency code in the setup must match the store’s primary currency. Delivery methods will only be visible in checkout if the currency code in the setup matches the order’s currency code.
Shipping prices in the examples are entered including VAT. Shipping VAT is managed centrally in Shopify under Settings > Taxes and duties > Global settings.
Fields for minimum and maximum amount, weight, and number of items work on a “from (inclusive)” and “to” basis.
Both zip codes must have the same number of characters, e.g. 1000 and 4999 or ABC000 and ABC999.
It is possible to combine order amount, order weight, number of items, and postal code range in a single delivery method. Please be careful when combining conditions to ensure the correct delivery methods are available to your customers.
The Shipmondo app is compatible with Shopify’s own shipping rates. If there is a destination country you can’t configure in the Shipmondo app, or if you want to offer pickup at your company address as a delivery method, you can set this up directly in Shopify shipping rates instead.

Note! The business delivery method is only visible if a company name is available in the shipping address. Make sure to set Company name to "Optional" in your Shopify admin under Settings > Checkout > Customer information.
