How to add your Stripe payment gateway to your Shipmondo account.

In order to be able to capture payments for your orders directly from Shipmondo, the API access must be added to your Shipmondo account.

To do so, the following information is needed:

  • e-mail address connected to your Stripe

  • API key from your Stripe account 

1. Find your API key

Log in to your Stripe administration and go to Developers > API keys.

Click on Reveal live key token under Standard API keys and save the Token for the Secret key for later use.

2. Add your payment gateway to your Shipmondo account

Log in to your Shipmondo account by clicking here.

Go to Settings > Integration > Payment Gateway and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and choose "Stripe" under Provider

Specify your e-mail in Merchant No. and Password (API key) from step 1.
Click on Create.

3. Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
