How to add your pensopay payment gateway to your Shipmondo account.

Do you use Shopify's webshop solution?

If you use a third-party payment gateway such as Nets Easy, Billwerk+, pensopay or Quickpay on your Shopify shop, then you need to set up the Shopify Payments interface (Shopify Payments API) in Shipmondo to capture/refund from Shipmondo.

Note! You don't need to activate Shopify Payments in Shopify, just the Shopify Payments interface in Shipmondo.

Are you using a different e-commerce platform than Shopify?

To set up an integration from Shipmondo to your payment gateway, you’ll need the following details from your payment gateway account:

• Account id

• API Key

Step 1 - Find and save your Account id

Log in to your Pensopay administration panel and navigate to Settings > Account.

At the top of the account details page, you’ll find your Account id. Make sure to save this locally, as you’ll need it later.

Step 2 - Generate and save your API key

Click the 🔑 Create New token button under API keys.

In the pop-up window, enter “Shipmondo” as the name, then click Create token.

Your API key will now be generated and displayed at the top of the page under Token created.

Be sure to save this key locally, as you won’t be able to view it again after leaving the page.

Step 3 - Set up your payment gateway integration on Shipmondo

Log in to your Shipmondo account and go to Settings > Integration > Payment Gateway. Click the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and select "pensopay" under Provider.

Then, enter your Merchant No. (Account id) and Password (API key) from Step 2. Click Create to complete the integration setup.

Step 4 - Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
