In order to be able to capture/refund payments for your orders directly from Shipmondo, the API access for Shopify Payments must be added to your Shipmondo account.

For the setup you need following: 

  • An active Shopify App

If you don't have a Shopify App installed and set up, you can do so by following our guide for setup of order integration for Shopify.

1. Add Shopify Payments to your Shipmondo account

Log in to your Shipmondo account by clicking here.

Go to Settings > Integration > Payment Gateway and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and select "Shopify Payments" under Provider. 

Choose a specific Shopify App, under Integration, for which Shopify Payments should be activated for (if you have active integrations for more than one Shopify stores). 

2. Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
