Follow these 5 simple steps to set up your integration
1. Log in to your BigCommerce admin here.
Go to Advanced Settings > API Accounts and click on Create API Account > Create V2/V3 API Token.
2. Fill out the Name and set the rest of the fields up, as shown on the screenshot below.
Copy and save the link from API Path before moving on as you'll need it in your setup later on and this is the last time you'll have acces to it.
Click on Save.
3. Now you have your API keys ready to use.
Save the Client ID og Access Token before moving on as you'll need them in the next step and this is the last time you'll have acces to them.
4. Log in to your Shipmondo account here.
Go to Settings > Integration > Order integration and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.
Fill in the fields as follows:
Platform: BigCommerce
API Username: Client ID from step 3
API Password: Access Token from step 3
API URL: URL address from step 2
It's important that you choose the right integration type that fits your business, in order to achieve the most effective setup. Choose between Import to Orders or Import to Drafts.
Read about the difference between the two solutions here.
Tick the Activate integration box.
Click on Create.
The integration is now set up and new orders from your shop will be automatically imported every 10 minutes.
