Follow these 3 simple steps to set up your integration
Step 1: Log in to your Shoporama admin
Go to Store > Integrations > API access
Click on Create token.
Name the new access point Shipmondo and click on Save.
Step 2: Save the key
Your Token (key) is now generated. Copy and save it for the integration setup in the next step.
Step 3: Create integration to Shipmondo
Log into your Shipmondo account.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Orders and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.
Fill out the fields as follows:
Platform: Shoporama
API username: The token from step 2
API password: leave it blank
API URL: your website URL (remember http: // or https: // in front)
Choose the solution that suits your business. Choose Import to Orders or Import to Drafts.
Note! It's important that you choose the right integration type that fits your business, in order to achieve the most effective setup. Choose between Import to Orders or Import to Drafts. Read about the difference between the two solutions here.
Tick the Activate integration box.
Click on Create and continue.
The integration is now set up and new orders from your shop will be automatically imported.

Use order comment as delivery instruction
You have the option to enable the feature Use order note as delivery instruction. This feature ensures that any comments your customers write during checkout are automatically transferred to the delivery instruction field when you create your shipments in Shipmondo.
This is especially useful for services that allow the carrier to leave the parcel in a specific location without a signature (for example, DepositService with GLS or Flex Delivery with PostNord).
Use transferred weight (Order management)
If you're using Shipmondo's order management, the weight of the items will automatically be transferred to your orders in Shipmondo. By activating Use transferred weight (Order management) feature, the system will use the actual weight from your items for booking the correct weight for your shipments. Therefor it's a good idea for you to specify the correct weight for your products in Shoporama.
Fetch EAN orders
When this feature is enabled, all EAN orders will be transferred to your Shipmondo account, regardless of their order status (payment status) in the webshop.
Send T&T to shop
You can activate the Send T&T to shop function, which sends tracking number back to your webshop where it's stored on the specific order.
