When you install the Shipmondo App on your Shopify store, it will be integrated with your Shipmondo account automatically.
If you want to set up your delivery methods via the Shipmondo app, then this is done through the Shipmondo App, via Apps > Shipmondo.
User validation on login to Shipmondo App
To access the Shipmondo App on Shopify, you're required to log in to the correct Shipmondo account beforehand. This is the same account which you were logged into, during installation of the app.
If you're not logged in to the correct account, the authentication will fail, in which case you need to make sure to log in to the correct account and try again.
The login page refreshes and I can't get past the login screen
If you haven't been logged into a Shipmondo account beforehand, then you'll be met by our login page.
There can be several reasons for encountering this login screen, but regardless of the underlying reason, you should be able to access your Shipmondo App after entering your login information.
If you experience that the login screen is simply refreshed without any progress, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue, depending on which internet browser you use.
Using Safari as your web browser
In Safari there is a specific setting which has to be disabled. Otherwise the Shipmondo App won't be able to check if you're logged into your Shipmondo account.
Click on the Safari button and go to Preferences.
2. Go to Privacy and remove the checkmark from the Prevent cross-site tracking box. When this is done, you should be able to reload, possibly restart your browser, and get through to the app.
Using Google Chrome as your web browser
In Chrome it can be necessary to clear your cookies to login via the Shipmondo App in Shopify.
1. Click on the Chrome button in your browser and go to Preferences.
2. Go to Privacy and security and click Clear browsing data. Make sure to only tick the Cookies and other site data box and leave the others empty.
Select Last 24 hours as your time range.
Click on Clear data.
3. When this is done, you should be able to reload, possibly restart your browser, and get through to the app.
If the above steps don't help with resolving the issue, please contact our customer service team so we can try and find a solution.
