When booking a shipment to a pick-up point, the system will, by default, let the carrier choose the nearest pick-up point, based on your receiver's address.

See the example below (under Receiver, in the order form):

If you wish to choose a specific pick-up for delivery of your package, start by removing the checkmark by GLS chooses closest service point based in receiver information. Then you'll be able to choose another pick-up point from a drop-down, as shown below.

If your desired pick-up point is not listed, we advise you to double-check and edit the information you wrote in the address fields above and try searching for a new pick-up point.
