When booking a shipment to a pick-up point, the system will, by default, let the carrier choose the nearest pick-up point, based on your receiver's address.
If you want to choose a specific pickup location for your customer, you can select a different location by clicking the pencil icon next to Service point.
If your desired service point is not on the list, you can edit the address fields and search for the location. You will then see new search results that you can select.
