If the shipment meets the criteria outlined in our terms and conditions, you can cancel the shipment yourselves.
If the shipment was purchased through Shipmondo, the amount will be credited back to your payment method, either you credit card or balance in Shipmondo, upon cancellation.
How to cancel a shipment
Step 1
Go to Shipments > Booked and find the shipment you wish to cancel.
Step 2
Click the three dots under More next to the shipment and select Cancel shipment.
Step 3
State the reason for the credit, accept the terms, and click Cancel shipment.
Your shipment will then be cancelled, and your request for a credit will be processed.
