Why has my order integration been deactivated?

How to reactivate your order integration.

Your order integration is automatically deactivated if Shipmondo is unable to connect to your webshop or accounting system after repeated attempts.

This is done to prevent the integration from continuing to fail in the background.

The most common causes of connection errors are:

  • Your webshop, accounting system, or hosting provider is undergoing a planned upgrade

  • Your webshop or accounting system has experienced downtime

  • API or server permissions have not been set up correctly on your webshop or in your accounting system

In the email you received from us, you can see the error message we receive when trying to connect to your webshop or accounting system.

In most cases, this is a temporary issue with your provider or hosting setup, and you can often simply reactivate the integration.

How to reactivate the order integration

2. Click the order integration that has been deactivated.

3. Check Activate integration.

4. Click Save.

If the system does not return an error, the integration is active again.

If the integration continues to return errors, please contact our Customer Success team.
