UPS Returns allows you to mark a package as a return shipment.
When you choose UPS Returns, this will be indicated on the label. That way, the carrier can be made aware that it is a return shipment.
UPS Return can only be added to shipping products that are delivered directly to the door, and not to packages that are delivered to a UPS Access Point:
Express (delivery to door)
Express Saver (delivery to door)
Standard (delivery to door)
Expedited (delivery to door)
UPS Return is added under Additional Services when you create a shipment.
