Returns from abroad

If you have international customers that wish to return something to you from abroad, you can book a return shipment on their behalf.

Note! This service is currently supported for returns to Denmark.

If you have international customers that wish to return something to you from abroad, you can book a return shipment on their behalf and e-mail a prepaid shipping label to them.
Your customer can then print it, put it on their parcel and deliver the parcel to a local service point.

How to book a return from abroad

Click on Shipments > Create.
Fill out the sender and receiver country based where you and your customer are located.
A list of possible carriers will appear based on the country of dispatch.

Follow the onscreen instructions and you book the shipment. 

Once the shipment has been created, you'll be able to e-mail the shipping label directly to the sender or by downloading it in PDF and then forwarding it to your customer.

Here's a list of carriers and countries currently supporting return shipments to Denmark:

  • PostNord (Return Drop Off): Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany and Austria

  • GLS (ShopReturnService): Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Germany and Austria
