PostNord MyPack Collect is a cost-effective and reliable solution for shipping packages to private individuals with pickup service. This means that packages are delivered to a designated pickup location where recipients collect them themselves.

If you have an online store, Shipmondo's free shipping modules allow your customers to choose their preferred pickup location at checkout.

Ensure your shipment adheres to the specified maximum dimensions and weight requirements for PostNord MyPack Collect:

* Packages for parcel lockers must not exceed 60 x 37 x 35 cm.

PostNord MyPack Home is a service designed for delivering parcels directly to your customers' residential addresses.

This delivery option is particularly advantageous for heavier shipments, as it eliminates the need for customers to arrange transportation from a post office or PostNord locker.

Ensure your shipment adheres to the specified maximum dimensions and weight requirements for PostNord MyPack Home:

* MyPack Home Economy packages to the Faroe Islands and Greenland may be up to 175 cm* long.

** PostNord allows MyPack Home packages up to 30 kg for domestic shipping within Denmark. At drop-off, please place the package in a shipping cage as employees can't lift packages over 20 kg.

PostNord Parcel enables your customers to have packages delivered directly to their workplace.

Ensure your shipment adheres to the specified maximum dimensions and weight requirements for PostNord Parcel:

* PostNord Parcel allows packages up to 30 kg for domestic shipping within Denmark. At drop-off, please place the package in a shipping cage as employees can't lift packages over 20 kg.

With PostNord Return Drop Off, your customers can return packages by dropping them off at one of PostNord's many pickup locations.

Please note that the return address must be a business address to utilize Return Drop Off.

It is essential to adhere to the permitted dimensions and weight limits for Return Drop Off, which are the same as those for PostNord MyPack Collect.

The minimum dimensions for a PostNord shipment are 1.5 x 14 x 9 cm.

PostNord does not have the capability to convert heavy packages into freight.

Shipments that exceed PostNord's specified weight limits or have dimensions larger than standard will be returned at the sender's expense.

Note! PostNord packages weighing over 20 kg cannot be dropped off at a post office or parcel shop. They must be delivered to a PostNord hub.

Expected delivery time within Denmark is 1-2 working days.

It's your responsibility as a sender to provide adequate and secure packaging, which will ensure that your shipment is eligible for compensation in case any damage is caused during shipping.

In addition, it is important that your shipment is system compliant, meaning suitable for machine sorting and can be stacked in PostNord vans during transport.

When you book shipments with PostNord, there are a number of additional service fees that may be imposed on your shipment. That is, for example, if your shipment does not meet the carrier's requirements or requires special handling by the carrier for other reasons.
