There are a number of size and packaging requirements you need to take into consideration when using Bring Norway's services.

Shipping products

When you purchase Bring shipment through Shipmondo, you can choose between several different shipping products:

Pakke til hentested (Parcel to service point)

Pakke til hentested is a cheap and efficient product if you want to ship parcels to private addresses in Norway.

Note! If one side of the parcel is longer than 120 centimeters, or two sides are more than 60 centimeters each, there will be a handling surcharge. The same goes for parcels not fulfilling the minimum measurements: 23 x 12 x 1 cm.

Pakke levert hjem (Home delivery)

With Bring Norway’s Pakke levert hjem product, your customers have their parcels delivered directly to the door.

This shipping product is especially good if you ship large and/or heavy parcels, since your customers don’t have to think about how to get the parcel home from a parcel shop.

The parcel is delivered in the daytime between 8 am and 5 pm, or at night between 5 pm and 9 pm, based on the postal code. See more at bring.no.

Pakke til bedrift (Parcel to business)

Today, many choose to have parcels delivered to their workplace, and Bring’s Pakke til Bedrift makes this possible.

This product is a good option when you ship to other businesses. You can ship up to 35 kilos to your recipient. It is required that the recipient be present to receive the parcel. Delivery usually takes place between 8 am and 4 pm.

Pakke til postkassen (Parcel to private mailbox)

Pakke til postkassen is an attractive service, especially for webshops who wish to ship small parcels to the customers’ home addresses.

This service is only available domestically in Norway.

If you are shipping tubes or conical packages, then length + diameter + diameter must not exceed 90 centimeters. Be aware of the additional charges for manual handling. See Bring Norway’s surcharges for additional services here.

Note! Pakke i postkassen must be a minimum of 9 x 14 cm. Additionally, the length must not be less than 10 cm, and length + diameter + diameter must not be less than 17 cm. Pakke i postkassen is calculated according to physical weight.

If a parcel can’t be delivered to the mailbox, it will be shipped to the local postal office or pick-up point in a store, where the recipient can pick up the parcel. The recipient will be notified by Bring Norway. This additional service will add a charge per parcel that you can look up in the guide regarding Bring Norway's surcharges for additional services.

If the parcel is not picked up by the customer, it will be returned to the sender after 14 days, which will cost the same as the shipping price.

Bag on the door: If the package can’t be delivered to the mailbox for some other reason, you can, as an additional service, pay a surcharge that you can look up in the guide regarding Bring Norway's surcharges for additional services.

The customer/recipient must actively confirm this when ordering through your webshop. The recipient will be notified when the parcel is delivered.

The delivery of Pakke i postkassen usually takes two to three days throughout Norway, with delivery Monday to Friday.

Delivery time

Delivery time is typically one to three business days, depending on the route, but could be four to five days to some destinations. See more at bring.no.

Insurance and compensation

A domestic shipment with Bring Norge is insured in accordance with the applicable NSAB. For more information, please contact Bring Norway.

There is no insurance coverage for Bring's Pakke i postkassen.

Prohibited content

It is not allowed to ship dangerous goods and content classified by the international regulations in “ADR - vegtransport av farlig gods”.

Packaging requirements

It is your responsibility as the sender to provide adequate and secure packaging so that the package can withstand normal transport handling, which involves several transfers and resorting during the journey. Exterior and interior packaging must therefore be adapted to the contents.

Properly packaged shipment is a prerequisite in order to be eligible for compensation in the event of damage during transport.

Additional services and surcharges

When you book shipments with Bring, there are a number of additional service fees that may be imposed on your shipment. That is, for example, if your shipment does not meet the carrier's requirements or requires special handling by the carrier for other reasons.

Therefore it is important that you read and familiarize yourself with the different additional services.
