Shipping products

When you purchase PostNord shipment through Shipmondo, you can choose between several different shipping products:

Pakke til hentested (Parcel to service point)

Pakke til hentested is a cheap and efficient product if you want to ship parcels to private addresses in Norway.

NB! If one side of the parcel is longer than 120 centimeters, or two sides are more than 60 centimeters each, there will be a handling surcharge. The same goes for parcels not fulfilling the minimum measurements: 23 x 12 x 1 cm.

NB! Bring Norway uses volumetric calculation. If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight of your shipment, you will be charged according to the volumetric weight. Read more and see how to calculate the volumetric weight with Bring Norway here.

Pakke levert hjem (Home delivery)

With Bring Norway’s Pakke levert hjem product, your customers have their parcels delivered directly to the door.

This shipping product is especially good if you ship large and/or heavy parcels, since your customers don’t have to think about how to get the parcel home from a parcel shop.

The parcel is delivered in the daytime between 8 am and 5 pm, or at night between 5 pm and 9 pm, based on the postal code. See more at bring.no.

Pakke til bedrift (Parcel to business)

Today, many choose to have parcels delivered to their workplace, and Bring’s Pakke til Bedrift makes this possible.

This product is a good option when you ship to other businesses. You can ship up to 35 kilos to your recipient. It is required that the recipient be present to receive the parcel. Delivery usually takes place between 8 am and 4 pm.

Pakke til postkassen (Parcel to private mailbox)

Pakke til postkassen is an attractive service, especially for webshops who wish to ship small parcels to the customers’ home addresses.

This service is only available domestically in Norway.

It is temporarily possible to ship up to 4 kg with Bring’s Pakke i postkassen, so as to offer a more flexible home delivery during the COVID-19 crisis.

If you are shipping tubes or conical packages, then length + diameter + diameter must not exceed 90 centimeters. Be aware of the extra charges for manual handling. See Bring Norway’s surcharges and prices for extraordinary activities here.

NB! Pakke i postkassen must be a minimum of 9 x 14 cm. Additionally, the length must not be less than 10 cm, and length + diameter + diameter must not be less than 17 cm. Pakke i postkassen is calculated according to physical weight.

If a parcel can’t be delivered to the mailbox, it will be shipped to the local postal office or pick-up point in a store, where the recipient can pick up the parcel. The recipient will be notified by Bring Norway. This extra service will add a charge per parcel of 29 NOK excl. VAT, which the sender will be required to pay.

If the parcel is not picked up by the customer, it will be returned to the sender after 14 days, which will cost the same as the shipping price.

Bag on the door: If the package can’t be delivered to the mailbox for some other reason, you can, as an extra service, pay a surcharge of 18 NOK excl. VAT to have the bag hung on the customer's door, instead of delivery to a pick-up point.

The customer/recipient must actively confirm this when ordering through your webshop. The recipient will be notified when the parcel is delivered.

The delivery of Pakke i postkassen usually takes two to three days throughout Norway, with delivery Monday to Friday.

Delivery time

Delivery time is typically one to three business days, depending on the route, but could be four to five days to some destinations. See more at bring.no.
