Setup and use of IOSS number

Use your IOSS number when shipping low-value products from non-EU countries through Shipmondo.

Updated this week

This feature is only available with your own carrier agreements. Read more a bout how to activate own agreements.

You can link your IOSS number (Import One Stop Shop) to your parcels. This makes it easy to ensure proper VAT handling when importing low-value goods from countries outside the EU.

It is currently available through your own shipping agreement with the following carriers:

  • Bring

  • DHL Express

  • DSV XPress

  • FedEx

  • Link Logistics

  • UPS

How to create shipments with IOSS

Step 1: Add the number

You need to associate your IOSS number to your Shipmondo account under your Settings > Company > Information.

Step 2: Click IOSS in booking

If a specific package is to be sent with an IOSS number, remember to select the IOSS service when booking. Your IOSS number will then automatically be included under Sender and in your customs documents via Shipmondo.

If you manage multiple IOSS numbers read more here.
