Setup and use of VOEC number

Use your VOEC number when shipping to Norway through Shipmondo.

Updated today

This feature is only available with your own carrier agreements. Read more a bout how to activate own agreements.

If you are registered in the VOEC register (VAT On E-Commerce) when exporting to Norway, it may be necessary to associate your VOEC number to ensure proper customs processing of your parcels via Shipmondo.

Note! This is available when shipping to Norway through your own shipping agreement with the following carriers:

  • Asendia

  • Blue Water Shipping (from Danmark)

  • DACHSER

  • Deutsche Post

  • DHL Express

  • DHL Freight Sverige

  • DHL Parcel

  • DSV XPress

  • FedEx

  • GEODIS

  • GLS Danmark

  • Interfjord

  • PostNL

  • PostNord Danmark, Finland og Sverige

  • UPS

If you use Shipmondo’s shipping agreements, VOEC is currently only supported through UPS.

How to create VOEC shipments

1. You need to associate your VOEC number to your Shipmondo account under your Company information.

2. If a specific parcel is to be sent through the VOEC scheme, remember to select the VOEC service when booking. Your VOEC number will then automatically be included in your customs documents for Norway via Shipmondo.
