How to create VOEC shipments

Step 1: Add the number

You need to associate your VOEC number to your Shipmondo account under your Settings > Company > Information.

Step 2: Click VOEC in booking

If a specific parcel is to be sent through the VOEC scheme, remember to select the VOEC service when booking. Your VOEC number will then automatically be included under Sender and in your customs documents for Norway via Shipmondo.
