Using the VOEC scheme with Bring

Learn how to set up and use the VOEC scheme for shipments to Norway with Bring.

Updated today

This feature requires Shipmondo Essentials or Pro. See the full feature list to explore what else is included in your plan that can make a big difference in your shipping management and daily operations.

To use the VOEC scheme with Bring in Shipmondo, your customer number must be correctly set up in MyBring. If VOEC is not enabled in your MyBring account, or if you are unsure, we recommend contacting Bring to confirm or have it activated.

Once VOEC is activated in MyBring, you need to:

  1. Save your VOEC number in your Shipmondo account.

  2. Select the VOEC service when booking the shipments you want to register under the scheme. See how to do both in this guide.

  3. Print and include a VOEC Shipment List before handing over the shipments to Bring. This list must physically accompany the shipments and serves as documentation for the VOEC-registered orders.

Once a VOEC Shipment List has been downloaded, it will be automatically locked. The next time you book a VOEC shipment, a new list will be created automatically.

When booking single shipments

When you book your first VOEC shipment, a VOEC Shipment List will be automatically created in Shipmondo. All subsequent VOEC shipments will automatically be added to this list.

Before handing over the shipments to Bring, you must print the list by:

  1. Selecting Bring under Carrier, and setting the date range under From date and To date.

  2. Clicking Download.

When booking bulk shipments

Once you have completed a Bulk Waybill in Shipmondo, you must download a consolidated invoice, which will automatically include your VOEC Shipment List.

See how to manage your Bring bulk shipments in this guide.
