When you book shipments using your own shipping agreements in Shipmondo, you pay a shipping label price for each label you create.

The shipping label price is calculated using a tiered pricing model based on your monthly label usage. The more labels you create during the month, the lower the price of subsequent labels.

The shipping label price is the amount you pay Shipmondo to create a shipping label when booking a shipment using your own shipping agreement.

The shipping label price is separate from the shipping cost you settle directly with the carrier.

Note! Pickup labels and address labels also count towards your monthly label usage. You pay for these labels, and they're included in the same volume discount.

The volume discount is calculated in tiers based on the number of labels you create during a month. When you reach a new pricing tier, the lower price applies to subsequent labels. The price of labels you've already created earlier in the month doesn't change.

For example, if a new pricing tier starts at label no. 500, you pay the price from the first tier for labels 1–499. From label no. 500, you pay the lower price that applies to the next tier.

In other words, the more labels you create during the month, the lower your final average shipping label price will be.

Example: How the shipping label price is calculated for 1,600 labels

The price is calculated progressively across the pricing tiers:

Labels 1–499: 499 × 0.82 SEK = 409.18 SEK

Labels 500–999: 500 × 0.78 SEK = 390.00 SEK

Labels 1,000–1,600: 601 × 0.74 SEK = 444.74 SEK

- Labels 1–499: 499 × 0.82 SEK = 409.18 SEK
- Labels 500–999: 500 × 0.78 SEK = 390.00 SEK
- Labels 1,000–1,600: 601 × 0.74 SEK = 444.74 SEK

Final average shipping label price: approx. 0.78 SEK per label

When does your monthly label usage reset?

Your label usage and volume discount reset at the beginning of each month. The calculation then starts again from the first pricing tier.

This applies regardless of whether you pay for your Shipmondo subscription monthly or annually.

Payments for shipping labels are deducted continuously from your Shipmondo account balance.

Once a month, you'll receive a consolidated invoice with an overview of your usage.

You automatically receive a volume discount on shipping labels when using your own shipping agreements. The more labels you create during the month, the lower your final average shipping label price will be.
