Heavy parcel
This surcharge applies when a parcel has a physical weight of more than 20 kg.
Non-machine-sortable
This surcharge applies when a parcel is longer than 1.4 m or for other reasons cannot be handled in DSV's automatic sorting.
Product terms exceeded
This surcharge applies when a parcel or shipment exceeds the product's maximum dimensions or weight.
Note! DSV is not obliged to transport a shipment that exceeds the product terms. The shipment may therefore be rejected or redirected, even if a surcharge is charged.
Incorrect transport instructions
This surcharge applies in case of incomplete or incorrect transport documents, delivery information, shipping labels or electronic booking data.
Changed right of disposal
This surcharge applies if you change the transport instructions after transport has started.
Extra delivery attempt
This surcharge applies if the parcel could not be delivered because the recipient was unavailable, and a new delivery attempt has to be made.
Notification before delivery
This surcharge applies when you request that DSV notifies the recipient by SMS before delivery.
Telephone notification
This surcharge applies when you request that DSV calls the recipient before delivery.
Uncollected parcel
This surcharge applies if the recipient does not collect the parcel before the storage period expires. The parcel is returned to the sender, and return shipping is charged in addition to the fee for the uncollected parcel.
Seasonal surcharge
This surcharge applies to DSV Parcel service point, DSV Parcel box and DSV Parcel return service point from Monday in week 47 up to and including Friday in week 2. The surcharge also applies to return shipments.
QR return label
This surcharge applies when the recipient uses a QR code to have the return label printed at a DSV service point.
