If you forgot or wish to change your password for your Shipmondo account, you can use the password reset feature.

Go to the login page.

Click on Forgot your password?

Type in the e-mail address that your Shipmondo account is registered with and click on Submit request.

An e-mail will be sent to you, containing the password reset link. Follow it and update your login credentials.
