ePay - Payment gateway setup

How to add your ePay payment gateway to your Shipmondo account.

Updated today

This feature requires Shipmondo Essentials or Pro. See the full feature list.

To be able to capture payments on your orders directly from Shipmondo, API access to your payment gateway must be added to your Shipmondo account.

Note! If you are still using the old version, known as ePay Classic, you should use this guide instead.

1. Create API keys in ePay

Log in to your ePay administration and go to Developers > API keys.

Click the Create API key button.

Name the API key and click Create API key.

Your API key has now been created.

Save both the name and the key, as they will be needed in the next step of the setup.

2. Add the payment gateway to your Shipmondo account

Log in to your Shipmondo account by clicking here.

Go to Payment gateways and click the Plus button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and choose "ePay" under Provider

Enter the name from ePay in Merchant No. and the API key in Password.

Click Create.

3. Link the payment gateway to your order integration

A webshop can use one or more payment gateways. In order for you to be able to capture or refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you need to specify which payment gateways are used in the setup of your order integration.
