In order to be able to capture payments for your orders directly from Shipmondo, the API access must be added to your Shipmondo account.

To do so, the following information is needed:

  • Your payment gateway Merchant number

  • Your payment gateway webservice password

1. Find your merchant number

Log in to ePay administration and go to Settings > Payment system.

Save your Merchant number.

In the example below, it is 6131325.

2 Create your webservice password

Go to API / Webservices > Access.

Specify an optional password in Password for the webservice and click on Save password.

Further, you need to give Shipmondo's IP-address access to your payment gateway.

Fill in the IP-address 54.72.142.82 in Add new IP-address and type "Shipmondo.com" in Own note. Then click on Add IP address, as shown above.

The IP-address above will then be transferred to IP Addresses with access to the webservice.

3. Add your payment gateway to your Shipmondo account

Log in to your Shipmondo account by clicking here.

Go to Settings > Integration > Payment Gateway and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and choose "ePay" under Provider

Specify your Merchant No. and Password from step 1 and 2.
Click on Create.

4. Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
