Note! The procedure fro reporting loss and damage is different for dao and GLS, so please read on.
Procedure for lost or damaged parcels with dao
All communication must be conducted directly between you, as the sender, and dao. Find dao’s contact information on their homepage here.
Once dao has processed the case, they will issue any compensation directly to you.
Procedure for lost or damaged parcels with GLS
Reports for lost or damaged GLS packages must be submitted through their website. Click on the vertical yellow Need Help? button on the right side of the screen to proceed.
Once GLS has processed the case, they will issue any compensation to Shipmondo and we will pass it on to you.
