When you need to export to Norway through Shipmondo, you may need to add your VOEC number to ensure proper customs clearance.
You can add your VOEC number to your Shipmondo account under Settings > Company.
Once you have added your VOEC number, it will automatically be transferred to your customs documents when you book shipments to Norway through Shipmondo.
