Follow these 3 simple steps to set up your integration

1. Log in to your Ecwid admin and create a new app here.

Click on the Create button under Add new app and wait for the app creation to be completed.

2. Click hereafter on Show secret token under App access tokens at the top of the page.

Copy and save your secret token, since you'll need it during the setup process later on.

The next thing you'll need to save is the Store ID that you can find at the bottom of the page (or in your Ecwid store URL address).

3. Log in to your Shipmondo account here.
Go to Settings > Integration > Order and click on the Plus-button (+) in the bottom right corner.

Fill out the fields as follows:
Platform: Ecwid
API username: Store ID from step 2
API password: Secret token from step 2
API URL: Your webshop URL

Choose the solution that suits your business. Choose Import to Orders or Import to Drafts.

It's important that you choose the right integration type that fits your business, in order to achieve the most effective setup. Choose between Import to Orders or Import to Drafts.
Read about the difference between the two solutions here.

Tick the Activate integration box.

Click on Create and continue.

The integration is now set up and new orders from your shop will be automatically imported every 10 minutes.

Send T&T to shop

You can activate the Send T&T to shop function, which sends tracking number back to your webshop where it's stored on the specific order.

Use transferred weight

If you're using Shipmondo's order management, the weight of the items will automatically be transferred to your orders in Shipmondo. By activating Use transferred weight feature, the system will use the actual weight from your items for booking the correct weight for your shipments. It's therefore a good idea for you to specify correct weight for your products in Ecwid.

Transfer of product location

You can enter the name of the attributes field from your Ecwid where you've stored the location / warehouse placement of your items, and this information will be transferred to your items in Shipmondo and displayed on your Shipmondo pick lists.

In order to activate this function on Ecwid, go to Settings > Product Types, click on Add New under Attributes and give it a name (e.g. Location). The next step is defining the warehouse location for all your products. Go to Catalog > Products, open an item and go under Attributes, where you can fill out a warehouse placement for each of your items.

Enter what the field is called in Custom location field.

Use order note for delivery instruction

If you choose to activate the function Use order note for delivery instruction and what will happen is that any comment your customer leaves regarding where the parcel may be dropped off on their address, this information will automatically be used as delivery instruction during the shipment creation process. This function is especially useful when wanting to give carriers permission to deliver a parcel without POD (e.g. DepositService at GLS Denmark or Flexlevering at PostNord Denmark).
