You can choose to activate Info reminder as an additional service on your shipments, just to be sure that your customers get reminded to pick up their packages at the service point, and to avoid unnecessary returns.

If you wish to activate Info reminder as a default additional service you can do so through your shipment template, otherwise you can chose to activate it for a single shipment, by separately ticking the box under Additional services.

Shipmondo's shipping agreement

The price of this service through Shipmondo's freight agreement is EUR 0.05 excl. VAT in addition to the price of the shipment.

Own shipping agreement

On the other hand, if you send packages with bpost through your own shipping agreement, you will be invoiced in accordance with the agreement that you have entered with the carrier.
