With this integration, orders and invoices are automatically transferred from Fortnox to your Shipmondo account, allowing you to quickly book shipments, generate shipping labels, and streamline your fulfillment workflow.
You decide which type of data should be transferred, depending on the modules you use in your Fortnox setup.
Follow these 4 simple steps to set up your integration
1. Select the type of data Shipmondo should transfer from your Fortnox account by clicking one of the buttons below.
If you want to transfer open orders from your Fortnox account:
If you want to transfer customer invoices from your Fortnox account:
You’ll be prompted to log in to your Fortnox account if you're not already signed in.
Then, simply click Godkänn behörighed.
2. You will be asked to approve Shipmondo, in order for Shipmondo to be able to process the necessary business information and for the integration to be set up.
3. Fortnox will then send you back to your Shipmondo account.
Two integrations has now been created under Settings > Integration > Order, which you'll need to complete.
Open the integrations you wish to use:
Tick the checkbox Activate Integration.
Click on Save.
4. In the next step, under Order status filtering, you will be prompted to define which order statuses that should be allowed/excluded from import between Fortnox and Shipmondo.
The integration is now set up and new orders or invoices from your shop will be automatically imported every 10 minutes.
