If you are using Fortnox as your business platform to streamline and optimize your administrative tasks, e.g. customer management, bookkeeping and invoicing, then you can greatly benefit from this integration to Shipmondo, which makes it possible for you to automate freight management and your logistics flow.
Follow these 4 simple steps to set up your integration
Note! You must to be logged in to your Shipmondo account before going on with this guide.
1. Click here to go to the Fortnox app store and activate Shipmondo app. You will be asked to log in to your Fortnox account, if you are not logged in already.
Click on Aktivera.
2. You will be asked to approve Shipmondo, in order for Shipmondo to be able to process the necessary business information and for the integration to be set up.
3. Fortnox will then send you back to your Shipmondo account.
Two integrations has now been created under Settings > Integration > Order, which you'll need to complete.
Open the integrations you wish to use:
Tick the checkbox Activate Integration.
Click on Save.
4. In the next step, under Order status filtering, you will be prompted to define which order statuses that should be allowed/excluded from import between Fortnox and Shipmondo.
The integration is now set up and new orders or invoices from your shop will be automatically imported every 10 minutes.
