When you ship with UPS, you can select the Signature required service.

This service requires a signature upon delivery of the package.

If you are sending packages of high value, it may be advantageous to select this service, as a signature can be used as documentation that the package has been delivered to the recipient.

This can provide additional security and peace of mind for both you and the customer, as well as serve as evidence if problems arise.

An additional fee is charged for Signature required delivery.

You can read more about UPS's surcharges for additional services here.

Signature required can be selected under Add-ons and Services when booking shipping.
