In order to capture payments and more directly from Shipmondo, you must add API access to your payment gateway to your Shipmondo account.

You need the following information for the setup:

  • Your Bambora Checkout merchant ID

  • Your Bambora Checkout API access token

  • Your Bambora Checkout API secret token

1. Find your merchant ID in Bambora Checkout

Log into your Bambora Checkout administration and go to your profile and click on Merchants.

On this page you need to note and save the value at Merchant for the merchant you wish to use for the integration. This is your merchant ID.

2. Create access token and secret token

Go to your profile again and choose API Access.

On this page, click on Create token.

Create token opens a request about receiving email and description[DJ1] . Fill this out and continue to create your API tokens.

On the API tokens page, you need to note and save the values in Access Token and Secret Token.

3. Add your payment gateway to your Shipmondo account

Log into your Shipmondo account here.

Go to Settings > Integration > Payment gateway and click on the “plus” button (+) at the bottom-right corner.

Give your payment gateway a name and choose “Bambora Checkout” at Provider.

Fill out your merchant ID from step 1 in Merchant No.

Fill out your access token in Password.

Fill out secret token in Secret token.

Click on Create.

4. Connect your payment gateway with payment methods on your order integration

One to more payment gateways may be used on a webshop. In order for you to capture/refund payments on an order from Shipmondo, you must specify which payment gateways are to be used in the setup of your order integration.
