When you need to export to the United Kingdom through Shipmondo, it may be necessary to associate your GB EORI number to ensure proper customs clearance of your parcels.
Note! Not to be confused with your EU EORI number.

How to create GB EORI shipments
Step 1: Add the number
You need to associate your GB EORI number to your Shipmondo account under your Settings > Company > Information.
Step 2: Click GB EORI in booking
If a specific parcel is to be sent through with a GB EORI number, remember to select the GB EORI service when booking. Your GB EORI number will then automatically be included under Sender and in your customs documents for the United Kingdom via Shipmondo.
Note! When importing from the UK, the VAT number must always be entered manually when booking.

If you send to a business address, then, under Receiver in the order window, you have the option to add your receiver's VAT number.
