If you use digital pick paths and you want to use a handheld terminal to pick up your goods, we can recommend the Zebra TC21 / TC26 and TC22 / TC27 handheld terminal.

Below, you can read about how to prepare the handheld terminal for use with Shipmondo.

It takes 5 minutes to set up your terminal and then it’s ready to go.

Open the DataWedge application and select your profile. Often, this is just "Profile0 (default)".

Scroll down the list and select Inter character delay.

Set the delay to 10 and click OK.

You are now ready to scan items with your handheld terminal in Shipmondo.

We recommend that you disable the Auto-rotate screen and that you set the Screen timeout so that the screen does not turn off while you are working.

We also recommend that you save Shipmondo as an app via Chrome (Add to Home screen), as the application will then fill the screen and you will have more working space. In addition, you can also quickly start up Shipmondo.
