If you are using older versions than PrestaShop 8, you should follow the guides below:

How to install the shipping module

1. Download the Shipmondo shipping module here:

Note! If you update from an older version of the shipping module and have already configured an order‑integration, you must, after updating, ensure the web‑service permissions are updated to include shipmondo_service_points. You can find a guide for this here.

2. Log in to your PrestaShop admin, go to Modules > Module Manager, and click the button Upload a module.

3. Click Select file or drag the file into the marked area; the upload will start automatically.

When the file has been uploaded, you will receive a notification that the module has been installed.

4. Click the Configure button immediately after installation, or locate the Shipmondo shipping module in the Module Manager and click Configure there.

5. Log in to your Shipmondo account in a separate window, and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shipping module access.

Click Generate key and save the key that is created.

6. Return to your PrestaShop, paste the shipping‑module key into the field Shipping module key and click Save.

Note! Filling in the Google Maps API key field depends on how pick up points should be displayed in your checkout.

  • If you choose Dropdown, a Google Maps API key is not required and you can leave it blank.

  • If you choose Modal, the field must be filled in. Please follow this guide to create a free Google Maps API key for map display in the shipping module.

You can now start configuring and setting up the carriers and delivery methods you wish to offer.
