Optional if you use your own shipping agreement

You decide which shipping agreement to use when creating shipments.

Updated today

Using your own agreements requires Shipmondo Essentials or Pro. See the list of features.

When creating shipments through Shipmondo, you can choose to use your own shipping agreements, Shipmondo’s shipping agreements, or a combination of both across different carriers and products.

How to do it

Automatic (bulk) booking of shipments

If you want your own shipping agreement to be used on your Shipmondo account, you must select your agreement on all the shipment templates set up under Settings > Freight > Shipment templates.

Note! If you activate a Preferred shipment template on one of your shipment templates, this template will be used for all your manual shipments, as well as in any instance where a shipment template has not been specified in Shipmondo.

If you do not have any shipment templates yet, you can create them by following this guide.

Manual shipments

When creating a shipment manually, you can choose which agreement you wish to use for the specific shipment under the Shipping agreement field.

In this field, you can choose to use our agreement, named Shipmondo, or your own agreement.

If you choose the Shipmondo agreement, your shipment will be booked through our shipping agreement, and you will pay the shipping costs directly to Shipmondo.
